Club Zenn - June 18 & 19

Cancellation Policy

Each registration carries a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of $25 per camper. Registrations may be cancelled with 5 days' written notice to clubzenn@ekam.yoga before the Holiday Care start date (the $25 deposit is non-refundable). Please note that after this window, fees are subject to a 100% charge for the booked Holiday Care (Exceptions related to illness, life events, etc, will be handled on a case-by-case basis with valid documentation support at the discretion of the organizers). Please note that refunds will not be issued without written confirmation from the parent or guardian, stating that the camper’s parent/guardian is aware of Club Zenn (by Ekam Yoga) cancellation policy and they understand that the deposit fee amount and the credit card processing fee are non-refundable. Cancellation notifications may be emailed. To cancel via email, send your notification to clubzenn@ekam.yoga. Note in the subject line “Holiday Care Cancellation” and make sure to include the camper’s name, camp name, and camp dates. In addition, no refunds will be issued for early withdrawal due to absences (for any reason including sickness), behavioral dismissals, power failures, unforeseeable events not within the control of the Club Zenn Camp (by Ekam Yoga) or other acts of nature. If students leave camp early for ANY reason, the camp tuition fee is NOT prorated and no refund will be issued. If the Holiday Care is Canceled due to weather or pandemic related reasons, a credit will be issued for the cost of that day of camp good towards any program we run.
