  • Geolocation Data: Approximate location derived from your IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To create your account, process payments, and manage class registrations (in-person in NJ and online).

  • Communication: To send administrative notices, such as class cancellations, waitlist updates, or policy changes.

  • Safety: To advise on yoga practice modifications based on health information provided.

  • Marketing (With Consent): To send promotional emails or text messages regarding new classes, workshops, or retail offers.

  • SMS/Text Messages: If you have opted in to receive text messages, you may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
