Start your morning with a rejuvenating yoga session by Ekam Yoga and Berkeley Heights Mayor's Wellness Committee. I
nspired by the traditions of Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga. The class will be a beginner friendly class, followed by guided meditation and sound therapy. Let's connect, move, and grow in wellness together!
Please bring your own mat, water, and any yoga blocks or props you might like to use.
