Club Zenn Summer Camp

Cancellation Policy

Each registration includes a non-refundable, non-transferable $50 deposit per camper.

Cancellations require 15 days written notice to clubzenn@ekam.yoga, before the camper's start date (the $50 deposit is non-refundable).

Refunds are not issued without written confirmation from a parent or guardian, acknowledging Ekam.Yoga's cancellation policy and understanding that the deposit and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

To cancel via email, send your notification to clubzenn@ekam.yoga, with the subject line “Camp Cancellation” and include the camper's name, camp name, and camp dates.

No refunds are issued for early withdrawal due to absences (including sickness), behavioral dismissals, power failures, unforeseeable events beyond Ekam.Yoga's control, or other acts of nature. If students leave camp early for any reason, the camp tuition fee is not prorated and no refund is issued.
